Greatest Hits a posthumous double-disc greatest hits album released by Amaru Entertainment, Death Row Records, and Interscope Records on November 24, 1998. The album's non-chronological sequence focuses on the highlights of 2Pac's career. 21 of his tracks are accompanied by four previously unreleased songs: "God Bless the Dead", "Unconditional Love", "Troublesome '96", and "Changes". Some tracks have alternate mixes, while the original mix of "California Love" makes its first proper album appearance after initially only being available as a single.
In January 1999, the album reached its peak at number three on the chart. It has spent 319 weeks on the Billboard 200. On October 16, 2000, it was certified 9× platinum. Nearly 11 years later, in June 2011, it was certified by the RIAA for shipments of over 10 million, the late rapper's first RIAA Diamond award. With 5.33 million units sold which is 10.66 million in RIAA sales, it remains the best-selling rap greatest hits compilation of all time and the twentieth best-selling rap album since Nielsen Soundscan began tracking record sales in 1991.

Nu-Mixx Klazzics is a remix album released in 2003 under Death Row Records and Koch Records. The album includes several songs from All Eyez on Me and The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, with remixed instrumentals and new guest vocals from artists such as Crooked I (replacing Snoop Dogg on the "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" remix), Aaron Hall, K-Ci & JoJo, and Danny Boy. Nu-Mixx Klazzics was generally disliked by critics upon its release. The remixes were criticized for being another Death Row 'cash in' featuring low quality versions of the original tracks.
Tupac: Resurrection is a soundtrack album for the Academy Award-nominated documentary of the same name. It was released November 14, 2003 by Amaru and Interscope Records. It includes several previously released 2Pac recordings, including "Death Around the Corner" from Me Against the World, "Secretz of War" from Still I Rise, "Holler If Ya Hear Me" from Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. and "Rebel of the Underground" from 2Pacalypse Now; and unreleased 2Pac verses re-constructed into new tracks such as "Ghost", "One Day at a Time", and "Runnin (Dying to Live)".
Best of 2Pac is a posthumous greatest hits compilation series from rapper Tupac Shakur released in two parts – Thug and Life. Both albums were released on December 4, 2007 in the United States and December 3, 2007 in the United Kingdom, having had been leaked on November 30. As of September 2011, more than 212,399 copies of Thug have been sold in the United States, while Life has sold more than 135,249.

Nu-Mixx Klazzics Vol. 2 – Evolution: Duets & Remixes is a remix album by American rapper Tupac Shakur. The album was released through Koch. It is the follow-up to Tupac Shakur's Nu-Mixx Klazzics, released previously on October 7, 2003. Its original title was Evolution: Duets & Remixes, and was released on August 14, 2007.
This release contains mostly remixes of recordings from All Eyez on Me and The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory. Hip-hop producer and rapper Daz Dillinger, Sha Money XL, and Street Radio were part of the record production.
Beginnings: The Lost Tapes 1988–1991 is a unofficial album released on June 12, 2007 by Koch Records. The album was originally released on April 18, 2000 under the title The Lost Tapes: Circa 1989, but the selling was quickly halted due to copyright infringement and then re-released on Koch with and agreement with 2pac's former label Death Row Records. Produced by Digital Underground and Strictly Dope member Chopmaster J, Beginnings... is a collection of the rapper's earliest songs, created before Shakur began working on his first studio album, 2Pacalypse Now.
The Prophet Returns is a unofficial compilation album by American hip hop artist Tupac Shakur, released on October 3, 2005 by Death Row Records and Koch Records. It features mostly songs from Shakur's 1996 album, All Eyez on Me.
